Mediation service
We arrange a home visit and intake interview with the host family
We coordinate the whole process, help with the paperwork, support and guide the family and au pair before and after au pair’s arrival to the host family.
We submit an au pair application for the visa and/or residence permit to the IND.
We monitor the relationship between the host family and the au pair during the whole au pair’s stay. We visit the host family at least 2 times after au pair’s arrival.
We guarantee the satisfaction of the needs of all our host families. We do our utmost to find the right au pair for the family. If it doesn’t work out, we will find a new au pair for you and try to help to find a new host family for the au pair as soon as possible.
We keep our clients updated about Dutch au pair regulations.
We make sure that the au pair is completely aware of the meaning of an au pair’s job and have information about the Netherland, host family’s location and expectations before arrival. This ensures a long, enjoyable and successful staying with your family.
We provide our au pairs with information regarding Dutch rules and regulations, as well as with contact details of other au pairs, who are already in the Netherlands
We provide our au pairs with the exclusive online First Aid course.
