About Us

Energy Au Pair is an international agency, which has been consulting au pairs and host families for over 10 years. Since 2006 we have matched over 5000 au pairs from more than 40 countries across the world with loving host families in Norway, Denmark, and Sweden. We now extend our service and would like to offer help to dutch families who are searching for au pairs as well as an exciting opportunity for candidates who are interested in becoming an au pair in Netherland.

Our mission is to find the right au pair for the right family. Our dedicated and professional team work diligently with every customer to match host families with au pairs, who fits them best and vice versa.  We always pay close attention to our customers’ needs which enables us to deliver the best quality service to both au pairs and host families. We are passionate about what we do and use our expertise and experience to make an au pair’s stay in your family enjoyable and exciting for everyone.

• It costs nothing to try our service: registration is free and non-binding.  Host-families pay only when they enter into an agreement with a specific au pair provided by us

Au pairs:

• Our services for au pairs are totally free
• We work hard to match au pairs with families they like
• We support au pair before and after arrival,  help them to build a social network, organize events , etc

What do we do:

• Carefully match host families and au pairs according their needs and wishes
• Help our au pairs and host families with the formalities (organize the process, arrange necessary legal papers)
• Follow up au  pairs and host-families after signing a contract
• Keep families and au pairs up to date on laws and regulations
• Cooperate with authorities and work in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ensure that the au pair understands what is expected of her/him and  provide them with the information about the country they will stay in
• Should any issue between host-family and au pair arise, we will do our best to solve it. We also provide our host families with three months replacement guarantee and we put great emphasis on helping au pairs who do not get along well with the host family.
• Assist both parties throughout the whole au pair stay if needed.
