Dear Host Family,
Hi, I'm Regine and I'm your future family member from the Philippines. I'm so excited about writing this letter! I've dreamed this moment so far and now I'm so touched that I can't find the words to describe this feelings. And I am eager to start my new life adventure with new culture and languages and i get a chance to know or learn it also. I really love the idea of sharing also my culture and also my talent in singing and dancing.
I am 24 years old, I live in Zamboanga City the Asia's latin city. We spoke chavacano a broken spanish language. I live with my parents and younger sister. My younger sister is still studying she already graduated in BS Police Administration and now she's proceeding in BS Criminology. My dad and my mom is managing our very own business in the market. We sell fruits and vegetables.
Back in my school years i really do love dancing and singing. In fact i also join competitions in school. In my nursery year to College I'm joining already dancing and singing competitions. I sang every year in my school recitals in High school. When i reach college, in my nursing year. I was the representative to compete for my batch in dance sport. I am so in love in dance sport up unitl now. I would like to continue this sport if i have given a chance someday. I joined a choir contest in my nursing year in school and we won the championship. I am a choir member back then. I really love singing especially in church cause it feels good in my heart. I also had an experience joining a beauty pageant but only once I am so shy because it was my first time and I am not use to it. I won a title of Ms. Congeniality I'm so happy even though I didn't get to the Top 3. My family and friends are still proud of me because i gave my best.
My future plans are to help my parents finish our house and help my nephews finish school. I want to give them a better future when they grow up. Education is really important.
